The less inflammation you have in your body, the healthier it will be. Chronic inflammation can cause pain, soreness, bloating and sometimes even irreversible problems within the body systems. So, I say; eat your grapes, drink your apple cider vinegar, eat less red meat and begin eating in moderation.
Place the fresh grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are evenly spread out on the baking sheet. Freeze them for about 30 minutes.
