1 mango or 3/4 cup
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon chipotle (seeded)
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon lime
Add everything to the blender except for the chopped cilantro.
Blend until smooth and stir in the chopped cilantro
