Homemade Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
550g gluten free bread
Add half of the bread to a food processor and pulse until you have the desired texture of breadcrumbs. Add the other half of the bread, and repeat. Spread out breadcrumbs onto two baking sheets and bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for about 75 minutes, allow to cool and store in the fridge or freezer.
Note: Everyone's oven is different so check your gluten free breadcrumbs often, it may not take as long as 75 minutes. When they are crunchy to the touch, they are ready to cool down.

I especially like to make stuffings for roasted wild fish and organic chicken with these gluten free breadcrumbs.
