When you make your own yogurt cheese, you can flavor it with whatever natural flavors that would like. I love garlic and chives, sometimes raw honey and sometimes I like to spice it up with cayenne pepper and fresh basil.
The possibilities are endless. It's tangy, creamy, whole and delicious! Yogurt cheese is filled with good fat, which our bodies need for proper hormone development and for healthy cells. It also contains protein to help build muscle and tissue, and probiotics, which we need for a healthy gut.
